The Tank Encyclopedia Youtube Team is looking for a new Youtube Manager to lead our Youtube project in the future! If you’re looking for an exciting part-time engagement in the field of tanks and Youtube, check this out!
-Charts the course for our Youtube project in the near, medium, and (along with the website editor staff) distant future. How will the channels grow, what should we focus on, and what should we leave out?
-Decides which of the website articles get transformed into videos (or shorts, or moments)
-Assigns members of the team to tasks, places deadlines, and ensures they are kept
-Enforces the existing quality standards (while also improving them or creating new ones!)
-Checks the videos about to be published, assures that they are optimal and that all details are set in (description, credits, sponsors, etc)
-Manages other aspects of the channel (monetization, live releases, etc)
-10% of monthly channel income, including sponsorships
-If he/she participates in the editing process of the video, there will also be flat fees based on that

-a 500-word description of yourself, your experience with Youtube/video making and history
-a 500-word plan for what your main priorities would be if you were to become our Youtube manager
-a brief list of things you think we are currently doing wrong and should improve upon
Successful applicants will be invited to an interview with the Team Manager, and then with the Youtube and Website editor team.
