Armored Warfare will be having two events this week between the 9th and the 11th, these events are:
3x Experience income bonus for the first victory of the day for PvP mode
25% Crew Experience for all modes

New development information on the later French vehicles has been shown in a article recently, more specifically, the Leclerc "T4"(Name of the new turret, not the variant), the French tree's new tier 10, discussing both its history and its implementation in game.
The vehicle itself will be, as most other tier 10 vehicles, an experimental type, mounting a new turret with a 140mm and a autoloader. It's armor will be thinner than other MBTs at its tier, trading off armor for mobility.
It's implementation is also affected by its special ability: The Battlefield Management System, the closer you are to teammates, the more effective you will be overall, with improvements to accuracy and aim speed, as such, this is a tank meant for playing with your team, rather than sitting back.

Three new Retrofit Systems have been announced for Armored Warfare, the first two coming with the launch of the second Arabian Nights content season, and the third coming with the second half of the new French vehicle branch later on. These retrofits are:
-Active Thermal Camera: Unlocked from the AMX-13 DCA (Tier 5 AFV). Reduces the bonuses enemy vehicles gain from map terrain (Bushes, Trees and other Foliage), however it will reduce the effectiveness of upgrades such as the Improved Cooling System on your own vehicle.
-AI Targeting: Unlocked from the AMX-40 (Tier 5 MBT). Will improve your vehicle's aiming time, with the penalty of a reduced overall accuracy.
-Pressure Control: Unlocked from the VCAC Mephisto (Tier 8 TD). Will provide a large buff to off-road acceleration, but only when applied to wheeled vehicles.
